Clocking in at over 2 million Scoville units, this tongue melting jerky starts with a long soak in our smokey marinade and Capsaicin extracts tested at over 1 million Scoville units. After 24 hours we pull it though a dredge of hand ground Ghost Peppers (1.04 million SHU), Trinidad Scorpion Pepper, (1.4-1.8 Million SHU), and Carolina Reaper Peppers (1.4-2 Million SHU). And just because we want to make sure none of that heat dissipates during drying, each piece of jerky gets a hearty drop of pure Capsaicin extract, lab tested and guaranteed rated at over 2 million SCU!

Knowing these facts and in consideration of my acceptance, admission to and/or participation in enjoying Bite Clubs Biohazard Jerky, I for myself and anyone acting on my behalf, release, waive, discharge, covenant not to sue and agree to not hold Bite Club or any sponsors; emergency and support personnel, volunteers and their representatives harmless from any and all claims, demands and actions of any and every kind I have, may have or may hereafter accrue against the released parties directly or indirectly arising out of or relating in any respect to my consuming Bite Clubs Biohazard Jerky. If I am a minor, my parent or guardian has read this waiver fully and we both agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement waiver and release.
