We revamped our Classic BBQ Sauce Recipe to accommodate those wonderful fans watching their sugar levels! The most common complaint from the Bite Club Taste Testers was “Why are you having me taste your BBQ sauce again?”! Thats a win in our book if you can’t tell the difference!
We use Swerve® Brown Sugar replacement to accent the all natural tomato base to keep the sweet without the sugar!

We bring the perfect balance of zingy vinegar + pinch of sweet + just the right amount of tang from the mustards. Perfect for pulled meats like beef, pork and chicken, but also works well as a straight up glaze on grilled or baked chicken. Marinate your shrimp in it! Mix a bit of mayo into it and you’ll have a burger and brat condiment that will make you swear off ketchup and plain mustard for life!

Our Dill Pickle Hot Sauce is crafted from fat classic dill pickles, garlic, sweet onion, Jalapeños, Chinese Hot Finger Long Peppers, and a few Habaneros for fun. Simmered in it’s own fresh dill packed brine, then blended to a perfect pouring consistency; this hot sauce packs the scent and taste of everyone’s favorite summertime snack while delivering a comfortable, satisfying heat on the back end.
This one is Flavor over heat folks! But that’s not to say the heat isn’t there!
Splash some on your burger! Kick up a Dill Veggie Dip! Spike your After Dinner Bloody Mary’s! Drizzle some on for a Spicy Cuban Sandwich! Throw a couple dashes in your egg or tuna salad! Grill up a cheeseburger pizza and splash a few squirts of this on it!

Dark cherries are smoked and blended with red Thai peppers, cherry peppers and habaneros. Smoked Bourbon, and then just for fun, a few maraschino cherries are added to pop the sweetness. Perfect for pork, but amazing over ice cream.
Note: This will NOT include the sparkles that made the 4 Unicorns so awesome. Sorry…That was only for that set.

Hand Crafted Rubs

We fresh grind fair trade roasted coffee beans and blend it with two different peppers, salts and sugars to create a rub that is beyond amazing on pork, but works on everything from beef to poultry to seafood to tofu! Aromas of coffee take your nose, followed by a slow building comfortable heat. Heat: 3/5
