Because every order is made by hand, we ask that you give us 2–3 days between placing your order and shipping. Good things take a little time, and we want to make sure everything is done right. Larger orders or certain specialty items may need a bit more time to prepare. If anything comes up that might push us past that window, we will reach out right away with an update and a plan. Occasionally things like weather or power outages try to slow us down, but we are a pretty resilient crew and we do our best to keep things moving.

If you have been to a grocery store lately, you know prices can change faster than the weather. We work hard to keep our prices as steady and fair as possible, and we try not to sweat the small swings. Every once in a while, though, we have to make a slight adjustment. Trust us, we do not enjoy raising prices. But sometimes it is the only way to keep the quality high and the goods flowing.

ALLERGEN WARNING

Products may contain or have come in contact with: Milk, Egg, Crustacean shellfish, Tree nuts, Wheat, Peanuts and Soybeans. While we take the fullest steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are 100% safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg or wheat allergies.

In the case of our Gluten Free Products, we have taken every measure to verify and use products that have been verified as such. Certain ingredients used may still contain trace amounts of gluten. If you are diagnosed with Celiacs Disease, we recommend you do not indulge on our jerky, as we are not certified by any Gluten-Free Certification Programs (GFCP). Since we hand make our foods and marinades, we try to use specialized products that hold this endorsement in our products, but can not guarantee that each product is in fact 100% gluten free.

We at Bite Club have the utmost respect for our customers' privacy. In no way will we violate this philosophy. We will not release any information gathered about our customers. We WILL NOT sell any info, because it drives us nuts when it happens to us.

Any information that we gather from our customers will be compiled anonymously and used solely for our statistical purposes. The statistical information we gather from our customers will be used to help us enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

* In choosing to purchase and consume Bite Clubs Biohazard Goods, I fully accept and assume all risks that may occur before, during, or after consumption of this product. I accept this specific notice of the existence of the risks. I shall assume and pay my own medical and emergency expenses in the event of injury, illness, or other incapacity regardless of whether I authorized such expenses. I realize that this activity requires physical conditioning and I represent that I am in sound medical condition capable of consuming this product without risks to myself or others. I have no medical impediment, which would endanger others or myself. Knowing these facts and in consideration of my acceptance, admission to and/or participation in enjoying Bite Clubs Biohazard Goods, I for myself and anyone acting on my behalf, release, waive, discharge, covenant not to sue and agree to not hold Bite Club or any sponsors; emergency and support personnel, volunteers and their representatives harmless from any and all claims, demands and actions of any and every kind I have, may have or may hereafter accrue against the released parties directly or indirectly arising out of or relating in any respect to my consuming Bite Clubs Biohazard Goods. If I am a minor, my parent or guardian has read this waiver fully and we both agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement waiver and release.
